Our stay at Woodside Barn in Ulverston was absolutely fantastic. The cottage was quiet, spacious, and well equipped, making it perfect for our family with two young infants. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the lovely garden added to the charm of the place. We were also pleased to find that the town with all necessary shops was just a short 10-minute drive away. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the lakes, mountains, castles, beach.

There was only one minor inconvenience during our stay, as two of the heaters were not working, but considering the wet and cold weather in April, they would have been greatly appreciated. However, I'm sure this is just a temporary issue that will be resolved soon.

We got great value for our money at Woodside Barn. The room was clean, welcoming, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was remote, which we loved, and the staff, especially Steve, were friendly and accommodating.

I choose a cozy place in the countryside with friendly staff and they even helped me with the local taxi number. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, cots, and no pets or smoking. Perfect for my city breaks.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Woodside Barn. The accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious. The bedrooms and lounge/dining area were a good size and the showers were excellent. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a slow cooker. The property had lovely outdoor seating areas and the garden was beautifully maintained. The little touches, like the complimentary bottle of wine and books and games for the children, made our stay extra special. The location is quiet and the drive to the Lake District attractions was easy. Cyril the friendly Jack Russell added to the warm welcome we received. we were very impressed and would love to return.
